Each study is billed once in every calendar month when it is added or remains open.

One monthly cycle.

Your current month’s plan and the previous month’s usage are charged on the first day of each month in Eastern Time.

Read the Business Associate Agreement
What is required before my account goes live?
Save a card and pay the first monthly charge. On Demand starts at $55: the $25 monthly platform fee plus a $30 balance used toward studies and other usage charges.
What is included in my plan?
Growth includes the first 125 studies each month, and Pro includes the first 550. Reading services, fax, tax, and account adjustments are separate. Custom branding is included with Growth and Pro. On Demand charges $20 per month for each custom branding profile in use.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Your new plan begins on the first day of the next calendar month in Eastern Time. The current month remains on your current plan and pricing.
Is there a long-term contract?
All plans are monthly. Cancellation requires at least 60 days’ notice and becomes effective at the first month-end at least 60 days after the request. Earned charges are not refunded except for confirmed duplicate, erroneous, unauthorized, or legally required corrections.
Do you sign a Business Associate Agreement?
Yes. Healthcare customers must accept a Business Associate Agreement during activation. It explains how ImageVault protects and handles patient information.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Enterprise customers can arrange ACH or wire transfers.
Do you offer reading services?
Standard rates are $20 for radiology, $20 for vascular, and $40 for echocardiography. Urgent (STAT) reads cost 50% more. You will see the exact rate before releasing the study for interpretation.
