How Billing Works

Upload DICOM images via web browser or the desktop application. Cases are stored securely in the cloud.
Cases Accumulate
Your case count grows as you upload. Each case remains in storage until you delete it.
Monthly Billing
On the 1st of each month, you're billed for all stored cases at your plan's rate.

What happens if I exceed my plan's case limit?
Cases over your plan's limit are billed at the Pay-As-You-Go rate ($3.00/case). We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes! Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.
Is there a long-term contract?
No contracts. All plans are month-to-month. You can cancel anytime with no penalty.
Do you sign a BAA?
Yes, we require a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) as part of signup. ImgVlt is fully HIPAA compliant.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. Enterprise customers can arrange ACH or wire transfers.
Do you offer reading services?
Yes. Contracted radiology and cardiology reading services are available. Typical pricing starts around $5 per case, depending on volume, coverage, and turnaround SLAs.
