How Billing Works

Add a card and complete the assigned plan's upfront payment before clinical access begins.
Use Your Credit
The activation payment is added to your account and applied to monthly case charges first.
Monthly Billing
On the 1st, available credit is applied and the remaining balance is charged to the saved card.

Unlike traditional PACS storage fees, each case is billed every month it remains in storage. This keeps your archive accessible and searchable. Delete cases when they're no longer needed to reduce costs.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is required before my account goes live?
A card must be saved and the assigned plan's upfront payment must clear. On Demand begins with a $25 prepaid credit.
Is there an overage rate?
No. Stored cases continue at your plan's per-case rate. Growth and Pro apply their stated monthly minimums.
Can I change plans anytime?
Contact your account team to request a plan change. Plan configuration is managed centrally so billing terms stay consistent.
Is there a long-term contract?
There is no annual commitment. Plans renew month-to-month until canceled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and payments, prepaid credits, and partial months are non-refundable except where required by law.
Do you sign a BAA?
Yes. A Business Associate Agreement is required during activation for HIPAA-regulated workflows, and ImgVlt applies the safeguards and restrictions described in that agreement.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. Enterprise customers can arrange ACH or wire transfers.
Do you offer reading services?
Yes. Contracted radiology and cardiology reading services are available. Typical pricing starts around $5 per case, depending on volume, coverage, and turnaround SLAs.
